With an excellent communication network and computerization, the purchase office is equipped to supply any automobile component to any sales outlet within 24 hours of time as and when required. Close interaction of the purchase officers with the sales outlet plays a key role in business development by responding to the customer needs promptly.
A highly motivated marketing team operates in sales outlet as well as in Head Office. A 50 member strong marketing team is provided with motor bikes and cars to keep in constant touch with all potential Customers, Companies, Institutions, Government departments and Mechanics. Customer Club Cards & privilege cards have been provided to all major customers. The privileged Club members get additional discounts on all purchases in addition to 6 months warranty on all parts (including electrical parts).
